We have a passion for it and believe that understanding the complexity of the MedTech space is not something done well as a generalist. To do that effectively, we are small and focused by design so that we can spend the time to better understand each company’s unique qualities as well as the candidates.
Because we are experienced Med Tech sales executives, we know the importance of finding the right culture fit. Each company culture is unique and there can be significant issues if it’s not a match! A company with a culture of high intensity individual focus on sales performance with a sales cycle measured in terms of weeks and months is much different than a team selling environment with a sales cycle measured in months and years.
